Home Daily: Yes (rare overnights w/ advance notice)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable **CDL

A or B Driver

** to join a family-oriented agricultural operation in Nelson County.

This role offers consistent, home‑daily routes , delivering plants and fruit to customers across Central Virginia and the Mid‑Atlantic.

Driver

s

are typically assigned 3-stop loads , allowing them to leave early in the morning and return to the farm by early afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL

vehicles delivering plants and fruit to customers in the Richmond, DC, Baltimore and surrounding areas.

• Complete 3-stop daily routes , ensuring timely deliveries and early return schedules.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and all company safety procedures.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Represent the company professionally at all customer sites.
• Rare overnight trips may occur , but driver

are notified several days in advance .

Requirements

• **Valid CDL

A or CDL

B license**.

• Clean driving record and ability to be insured by the company’s carrier.
• Must pass **pre-employment drug screening, **and random testing may be performed as required.
• Must successfully pass all background checks.
• Strong commitment to safety , communication , and detailed documentation .
• Ability to work early morning hours to meet customer unload times.
• Ability to lift/move products as needed during delivery.
