ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with prospective clients throughout the Alexandria area.
Conduct in-depth reviews of client coverage to ensure their current insurance plans align with their evolving life goals.
Prepare and deliver clear, thoughtful presentations that explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
Engage with local community groups and business partners to represent our agency values and grow our local presence.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our digital systems.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure that every policy is handled with precision and care from the first meeting onward.
RequirementsCurrent Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level client relations.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and presenting to small groups.
Proficiency in using agency management systems and digital lead-tracking tools.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a steady client base through personal networking.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your own calendar effectively.
