Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and configuration of AV systems, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of security and CCTV systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Utilize ERP software to manage project timelines, inventory, and service records efficiently.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and installation techniques.
• Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the best solutions are offered to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AV installation or security/CCTV systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP software and its application in project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications in AV and security systems are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
