A family in McLean is seeking a professional nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. They are hoping to find someone who is active, engaging, energetic, and talkative, with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting developmental milestones. The ideal candidate is hands-on and interactive—talking, playing, and keeping the baby engaged during awake times. Responsibilities will include baby-related tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and keeping the baby’s spaces tidy. This is a long-term position for the right fit, offering the chance to grow with the family and play a meaningful role in their child’s early years.

Qualifications
