Job Title: Porter/Grounds Helper – $20/Hour

We are hiring dependable Porter/Grounds Helpers for an apartment community in Harrisonburg, VA. This is a hands-on labor position starting ASAP.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Saturdays: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Saturday availability is required.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with apartment and property trash-outs
• Move furniture and other heavy items
• Remove trash and debris
• Help maintain clean grounds and common areas
• Support the maintenance team with general labor as needed

Requirements:

• Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting heavy items
• Dependable transportation to Harrisonburg
• Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable and available on Saturdays
• Previous porter, groundskeeping, moving, or general labor experience is preferred

This is a temporary assignment through a property management staffing agency, with the possibility of ongoing work based on the property’s needs.
