Genesis/Hyundai Service Advisor
SUMMARY
Classis Hyundai/Genesis of Hampton is hiring for a experienced service advisor. We are searching for great people to join our team that want to work in a clean and safe environment in our ever growing dealership, come and see what we have to offer. - Working with clients in a one on one relationship
- Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information,
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
- Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
- Explain all completed work and charges to clients
* REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction is a plus!
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
