Social Responsibility Intern

Core Responsibilities
Program Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and accomplishing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events, as well as supporting employee volunteer programs and local outreach efforts.
Communications: Help draft content for internal and external communications, supporting employee volunteering, CSR storytelling, and community partner engagement.
Data Collection and Management: Collect, run, and analyze data related to CSR programs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Continuously supervise and report on the impact of social responsibility programs .
Stakeholder Engagement: Support coordination with nonprofit partners, community groups, and other collaborators, and assist in addressing inquiries related to CSR efforts.
Administrative and Logistical Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the CSR team, handle partner product donation process, and help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and summary reports.

The role will support the Social Responsibility team in mobilizing employee engagement and volunteer opportunities to help bring the power of play to children and families in the areas where our employees live and work. The position will advance local community engagement activities in Chesterfield and other U.S. locations while supporting partner organizations to ensure smooth collaboration and successful program delivery. This role will be instrumental in supporting Play Day 2026 and delivering on our overall community impact!

Familiarity with the Richmond area nonprofit landscape is advantageous.
Hybrid working model
This position will be based at 1600 Ruffin Mill Rd. in Colonial Heights, Va. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. This 3 day in the office hybrid model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues.
The hourly wage for the position is $24.51 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
