Maintenance Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Perform general labor and custodial tasks, including trash pickup, cleaning buildings, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Complete landscaping and lawn care duties such as mowing, fertilizing, trimming, seeding, and weeding
• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, sidewalks, parking lots, playgrounds, and community spaces
• Sweep, mop, wax floors; clean windows, furniture, appliances, and fixtures
• Assist with painting apartments under supervision
• Assist maintenance technicians with basic construction, repairs, and facility upkeep

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a maintenance team

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
