From routine pet care and prevention to spay/neuter services to surgical/dental procedures, our talented team of veterinary professionals is committed to offering top-quality, compassionate veterinary care to the Hampton Roads community.

We have a State-of-the-Art Facility - Our newly renovated facility provides you with the best tools to get the job done. We offer digital radiography (both dental and full body), ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, cryotherapy, and EKG equipment to aid in the care of our patients. Our cloud based veterinary database and digital phone system allows for quick access to patient and client information from any location.

What You Will Do in Your Role:
Be the first person with whom a client connects - greeting them with care and respect
Schedule appointments and manage client check in/check out
Handle phone and email communications - prioritizing and routing appropriately
Provide knowledgeable support about services, pricing, and veterinary care information
Juggle well! Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality customer service
What We are Looking For in this Dynamic Job :
Customer service experience (medical and/or veterinary field preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively with all types of people and personalities
Strong multitasking, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to stay organized and prioritize in an active environment
Motivated to learn, gain experience, and advance their knowledge
Strong communication skills
Patience and good sense of humor
Full time positions are 35-40 hours a week
