About the Role

Power Monitors, Inc. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, managing payments, and supporting general accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, match, and process vendor invoices


• Schedule and prepare vendor payments and check runs


• File and scan payment documentation


• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up internally


• Research and resolve vendor payment issues


• Run and analyze AP aging reports


• Support month-end closing processes


• Perform other accounting duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred


• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment


• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented


• Strong time management and prioritization skills
