Senior SQL Developer - VBC Data Architecture

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** This individual contributor position is responsible for in-depth development of business analytics solutions. This role includes working in collaboration with business stakeholders, other developers, engineers, and analysts to develop data driven solutions. This is a position that involves gathering requirements, preparing project plans and documentation, combining data from multiple sources, creating new datasets to support downstream reports and analytics and managing customer expectations. **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of analytics experience with advanced SQL programming ability in a data warehouse or big data analytics environment (Stored procedures, SQL functions, CTE's, nested queries, etc). + Experience developing datasets, tables and views to support downstream reporting/analytics + Well-versed in data modeling concepts (dimensional/fact, cardinality, normalization, etc) + Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability + Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams + Experience creating/maintaining SSRS reports + Healthcare industry experience **Preferred Qualifications** + 7+ years of analytics experience with advanced SQL Programming + Experience managing and deploying code with Github + Experience with SSIS + Experience conducting analysis and working with healthcare claims and services data **Education** Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience. This remote role is not eligible for sponsorship **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
