Key Responsibilities (depending on role)

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Ensure product quality through inspections and adherence to company standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, maintenance, or production preferred but not required.

• Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus.

• Ability to work onsite in Lynchburg, VA in a fast-paced environment.
