REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and developing business requirements, and visualizing content that would provide an enhanced understanding of the information.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile methodologies to improve management of requirements and delivery of functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and integrating across multiple high priority projects with competing priorities as well as common or overlapping needs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle for any type project utilizing Project management Principles (PMP).Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day activities, identifying dependencies and blockers, developing project timelines, presentations, deliverables, PMPs and risk management plans. Additionally ,this role involves briefing project schedules, statuses, quad charts, and deliverables at project control gates and to leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying allocated resources, and anticipating over- and under- resources allocations.
  • Demonstrated experience balancing project schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating within project team and across organizations on critical tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience de-conflicting project resources and other dependencies and
  • elevating when appropriate.
  • Demonstrated experience working well with a team. Listening and incorporating their input and needs to drive project completion.
  • Demonstrated experience in SharePoint, MS Project, Confluence, HIVE ,JIRA, and other PM related tools.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated experience working with teams to include excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in the Sponsor's workspace and with sponsor processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Sponsor community supporting Sponsor's mission requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading development IT projects to include but not limited to software development, network, and development of applications in cloud environment utilizing Project Management Framework (PMF).
  • Demonstrated experience with leadership skills and support team members to achieve success.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years
  • Location: Herndon, VA, on customer site
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $158,855 - $214,921. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
