Customer Engagement Associate - Entry Level
We’re seeking an energetic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Engagement Associate . This hands-on role is perfect for people who enjoy interacting with others, solving problems, and providing excellent in-person service. No prior experience is required—paid training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in person with a friendly, professional attitude
Provide accurate product or service information and answer questions on-site
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
Build lasting customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
Maintain basic records of interactions when needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required
