**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and coordinate security-related communications and activities from a central dispatch location within a tech, media, or telecom environment.
+ Receive, prioritize, and respond to security-related calls and requests, dispatching security personnel as needed.
+ Maintain detailed logs and records of incidents, calls, and radio transmissions for site-specific reporting requirements.
+ Assist with emergency response coordination, including contacting local authorities and guiding on-site personnel during critical situations.
+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors and employees with security-related matters as needed.
+ Follow site-specific protocols and procedures, adapting to changing circumstances and requirements within the location.
+ Support Allied Universal security personnel through timely communication and resource allocation.
+ Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of site operations and promptly reporting suspicious behavior or incidents.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
