Bartender

Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled, personable Bartenders to craft exceptional beverage experiences in our upscale casual New American restaurant. This role is ideal for individuals who combine technical expertise with genuine hospitality—delivering thoughtfully prepared cocktails, curated wines, and attentive bar service in a polished yet approachable setting. Bartenders serve as both beverage experts and key contributors to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the cocktail program, wine list, and seasonal offerings
• Engage guests with a warm, professional, and knowledgeable approach
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and pairings based on guest preferences
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards for all beverages
• Manage bar setup, organization, and cleanliness throughout service
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and bar prep
• Accurately process orders and payments
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and safety standards
• Collaborate with servers, food runners, and management to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:
