Position Overview
We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee projects across our portfolio — including website redesigns, branding initiatives, strategic content, and long-term support programs. This role is central to delivering an excellent client experience and ensuring projects move smoothly from kickoff through completion.
You will be the trusted guide for clients, the organizer of internal teams, and the person who keeps momentum strong from start to finish. If you love structure, communication, planning, and solving problems before they escalate — this is your role.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working within Agile and Scrum methodologies and thrives in environments where collaboration and iteration drive success.
Core Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead digital projects from kickoff through final launch.
- Develop clear project plans, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings with structured agendas and actionable follow-ups.
- Maintain proactive communication about risks, timelines, and expectations.
- Apply Agile and Scrum project management practices to maintain momentum, manage sprints, and keep teams aligned.
- Review and interpret website analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and collaborate with the team and clients to recommend strategic site optimizations.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
- Provide timely updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.
- Build strong, trusted relationships grounded in clarity and reliability.
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout each phase
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions with clients to ensure they understand their CMS tools, feel confident using their website, and stay aligned on priorities throughout the project.
Quality, Documentation & Internal Support
- Maintain well-organized project documentation and records.
- Prepare status reports, recaps, and closeout summaries.
- Assist in proposal and scope development by translating client needs into deliverable plans.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen project processes and delivery standards .
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital agency, creative firm, or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Airtable).
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate client-facing communication.
- Calm, reliable, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Comfortable working within Agile and Scrum-style project management workflows, including organizing sprints, managing task backlogs, and supporting iterative delivery.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with civic, community, or economic development organizations.
- Understanding of web design workflows, branding processes, or digital marketing deliverables.
- Experience supporting scopes of work, proposals, or detailed documentation.
- Familiarity with CMS environments like WordPress.
