**Overview**
As a **Program Manager** ,you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. In this role we are looking for solutions-focused candidates who thrive providing excellence to clients and have experience managing teams of technical personnel to build solutions and systems. The ideal candidate is a creative and hands-on leader, with experience managing teams in digital transformation and implementation efforts. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment.
**Contributions**
**Key contributions of this role include:**
+ Serving as a delivery leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight, visibility into delivery targets, and client acceptance.
+ Supporting delivery operations, building and maintaining client relationships, fostering and promoting innovative thinking across the client environment.
+ Developing and leading teams through solution prototyping, development, and deployment - from hands-on proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment.
+ Manage budget, time, and resources for delivery team.
+ Handling challenging client situations and offering guidance and direction to client executives.

**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management.
+ 10+ Years of direct experience managing technical teams and programs.
+ Ability to get a Federal Clearance.
+ Leadership. If you don't know the difference between that and management, this just isn't going to work out.
+ Proven experience of leading the deployment of enterprise and custom Software solutions in client environments.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
+ Proven experience growing and selling while delivering.
+ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
+ Proven team player and team builder.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills.
+ Experience working with Human Center Design.
+ Local to the Washington, DC metro area.
+ Required to be onsite three times a week.
**Preferred:**
+ PMP Certification
+ Certified Scrum Master
+ SAFe certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
