Flexible, Set-Your-Own Hours for In-home Visits

We're hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

1. Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person's overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
2. Earn up to $3000 to $5000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment)
3. Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
4. Short-Term or Long-Term basis
5. Pre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members
6. Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility)
7. Malpractice coverage
8. Availability Incentives (based on weekly availability)
9. Independent Contractor, 1099 status
10. Flexible Schedule
11. State License Required
12. Paid Collaborative Physician Roles available in certain states

These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member s home. Our physician contractors can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation, and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people s current treatment regimen.

This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for more seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace.
