Role Overview

As a Communications Assistant , you’ll work alongside our event leadership team to support in-person communications at promotional events, charity initiatives, and community campaigns. You’ll help create positive experiences for attendees while ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing live events and community outreach activities

• Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide information about the brand or campaign

• Support event setup, teardown, and on-site operations

• Represent clients and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Collect attendee feedback and share insights with the leadership team

• Maintain clear communication with event managers and team members throughout events

• Uphold consistent brand messaging in all face-to-face interactions

• Provide general support to the event team as needed
