HRIS Data Analyst
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Data Analyst to support a federal government client in McLean, VA. This full-time, on-site role requires a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. Location: McLean, VA

Polygraph: Current Counterintelligence Polygraph Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data, such as hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics, to identify trends and labor projections
- Build/modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needs
- Assist in development of position description libraries
- Administer relational databases
- Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets
- Assist with survey design and execution across 18 IC agencies
- Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts
- Ability to clearly communicate technical or analytic findings in an easily understood narratives via graphical, written, and verbal formats
- Processes/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysis
- Requires BA/BS and 18+ years of experience or a Master's and 10+ years’ experience
- TS/SCI with polygraph is required
- Previous data analysis experience within the IC
- Strong Tableau experience is required
- Tools: MS Office including Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL
- Tools: Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, Lawson
- Workforce analytics and workforce planning experience
$119,000 - $124,000 per year
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
