Public Relations Communications Assistant - Entry Level

We are currently hiring a Public Relations Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and communications team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in public relations, marketing, brand promotion, and customer acquisition .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of public relations and marketing campaigns
• Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating promotional events and brand activations
• Work with team members to align PR strategies with marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
• Represent client brands at in-store events and promotional campaigns
• Help develop and track campaign performance metrics and reports
• Create and organize marketing materials and visual displays
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and retail partners
• Monitor and report on event performance, inventory, and customer engagement
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and campaign growth
• Participate in ongoing training with advancement into management roles

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (completed or in progress preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in public relations, marketing, sales, communications, or internships is a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable attitude
