Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key qualifications and certifications include:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or educational settings
• Eligibility for or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Proven skills in school-based speech-language services

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapeutic strategies accordingly
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school and regulatory standards
• Providing education and support to school staff and families to enhance communication outcomes
