Act as Tech Lead for the team, providing guidance in the development of a portal app for an existing government website. Develop user interface components using React.js, Redux, and a comprehensive design system library, focusing on robust application integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and other established web services. Participate in system planning and the development deployment process while ensuring adherence to software compliance and testing standards. Responsible for overseeing the frontend development processes, creating user guidelines, and conducting system analysis to address questions regarding program intentions, output specifications, data input requirements, programming strategies, and control systems as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Tech Lead for the project
• Design, create, and modify websites
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats
• Create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms
• Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity
• Integrate web sites with other computer applications
• Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with the tools
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in web development or other related fields
• Familiarity with with HTML, Javascript, and other related languages
• Current resident of Virginia (USA), and a US Citizen.
• Eligible for Certificate of Public Trust (requires a standard background investigation conducted by our client, fingerprinting, issuance of government ID)
