- Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives.
- Proven experience in business development or management roles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient with CRM and business development software.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
