Proven System: We have a system that helps Anytime Fitness locations grow by getting real results for members. You have to be willing to put in the work and do the basics. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it!

What You’ll Do:

Coach: Your main job is to program and conduct safe, effective 1-on-1 personal training sessions - where clients make real progress. You’ll monitor results, adjust programming, and keep notes so each client has a clear plan and steady momentum.

Conduct Fitness Consultations: Meet with new and existing members to assess needs, provide clear insight into what it takes to reach their goals, and recommend the right training package to help them get there.

Member Outreach: Contact members and clients to keep them engaged and involved in our services. That includes follow-ups, check-ins, and helping people stay consistent if/when motivation drops.

Not Certified?

We can help! We'll pay for your personal training certification and provide extensive coaching. You can join our team as a fitness enthusiast and become a certified pro on the job.

Qualifications:

Great people skills to build strong relationships with members
Experience in sales (not required but helpful)
Ability to inspire members to reach their fitness goals
CPR/AED certification (can be earned after starting)

Personal trainer certification (preferred but not required)
Degree in Exercise Science or a similar field (preferred but not required)
