Bilingual ABA Therapist (English/Spanish) – Behavior Technician / RBT

Location: Colonial Heights, VA

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (full-time, in-clinic)

Pay: $18–$21/hr (BT) | $21–$26/hr (RBT)

Use Your Language Skills to Support Children With Autism

Autism Center of Excellence is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Colonial Heights clinic. This position plays a key role in supporting children with autism and helping families feel understood and supported throughout the therapy process.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting
  
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
  
• Use proactive and responsive behavior-intervention strategies
  
• Record accurate session notes and behavior data
  
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking families
  
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical collaboration
  

What You Need to Bring

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
  
• Prior ABA experience (BT) or an active BACB certification (RBT)
  
• Ability to work the full schedule of 9 AM–6 PM
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout sessions
  
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care
  
• CPR/First Aid preferred (we can help you obtain certification)
