Job Summary
T he Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive HR administrative support at the site level, including recruitment, onboarding, applicant tracking, payroll administration, personnel record management, employee relations support, and workers’ compensation reporting.
Job Description
- Assist with the recruitment process, including preparing position requisitions, coordinating job advertisements, and conducting employment background checks.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and applicant flow data to support Affirmative Action (AA) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reporting requirements.
- Coordinate pre-employment processes and documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all required employment documentation, including tax forms, employment eligibility verification forms, and other onboarding paperwork.
- Assist employees with the preparation and submission of personnel-related forms as needed.
- Maintain and update employee information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Manage personnel files and ensure records are properly maintained and filed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Verify payroll information and communicate employee payroll changes.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, including vacation, sick leave, and personal time.
- Process personnel action forms and submit employee changes, including compensation adjustments, job title changes, transfers, account code updates, bonuses, incentives, and leave of absence tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of personnel-related transactions.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations initiatives and HR programs.
- Assist with workers’ compensation administration, including injury reporting, regulatory recordkeeping, and tracking lost-time and modified-duty cases.
- Support workplace safety initiatives by coordinating drug testing, communicating with medical providers, attending safety meetings, and preparing safety-related materials and reports.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, company-sponsored events, charitable campaigns, tuition assistance programs, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) administration.
- Support quality management programs and deliver effective customer service to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred
- Microsoft Office Certification.
- Additional HR administrative or HRIS experience.
Education
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Pay Rate
- $25 - $27 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
