Outpatient Therapist
LightWorks Counseling & Wellness by Shineforth
Help Young People & Families Find Their Inner Light
Are you a seasoned clinician who believes therapy should be compassionate, collaborative, and deeply human?
Do you want to help build something meaningful — not just join a practice?
LightWorks Counseling & Wellness is looking for an experienced licensed outpatient therapist ready to help shape an exciting new program rooted in 125-year legacy of impact.

This new outpatient program represents an important evolution in our mission — expanding Shineforth’s continuum of care upstream by offering accessible therapy services that strengthens resilience and promotes healthier long-term outcomes through whole-person care.
Currently in its launch phase, this program offers clinicians the opportunity to help build and shape a growing service line.
