About Centra Medical Group Anesthesia Services
 CMG Anesthesia Services located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA, is seeking CRNAs to join our multi-specialty group to provide services at our Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. Cases include - Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and some Peds & OB.  You Can Expect

• $230k base YEAR 1, increased base YEAR 2 and 3 - $40k sign-on Bonus        Â
• No CALL no NIGHTS
• $30K pre-employment stipend, given at $2500/mth for 12 mths prior to start date -SRNAs
• Schedule: We offer self-scheduled 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Â Candidates can expect to work one scheduled weekend every 2 months (12 shifts annually).
• Care Team Model
• 360 beds (LGH) 160 beds (VBH)
• Strong relationship with our surgeons. Our surgeons appreciate the Anesthesia team skill set and expertise, which create an excellent work environment. Truly a team-based model.
• 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs
• Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart):
  • Virginia Baptist: General- Â mostly bread and butter ambulatory cases, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, OB coverage, ophthamology, and ECTs.
  • Lynchburg General:  Level 2 trauma center covering general surgery, interventional cardiology, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, bariatric surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and electrophysiology procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must possess a master's degree,Â
• Current Virginia licensure, or willingness to transfer
• Certified with NBCRNA, ACLS and PALS.Â
