Job Title: Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent to join our dynamic team for projects in the Hampton Roads area. As a leading General Contractor and Construction Manager servicing the Mid-Atlantic region, we are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.

• Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and lead construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure all construction processes comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Review and interpret construction drawings.
• Utilize MS Project and P6 for project management tasks.
• Adapt to changing project demands and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Basebuild project experience.
• Experience in general contracting.
• Proven experience leading a job-site team.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
• Familiarity with LEED certifications and industry practices.
• Proficiency in MS Project and P6.
• PMP and LEED Certifications preferred.

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with team members.

The work environment is a fast-paced construction site with ongoing federal and commercial projects. This project is scheduled to last until 2027, providing job stability and long-term growth opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
