As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing & educating them on relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist walk in & call in customers with daily transactions and offer professional recommendations
- Consult with customers about financial planning and insurance options
- Make outbound sales calls consistently & follow a detailed follow-up process
- Good with technology and ability to use multiple systems at once
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or relevant sales
- Self-motivated and driven to reach team goals and personal production goals
- Enjoy a small team environment - Be able to support team members and work together to reach agency goals
- Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance required
- Bi-Lingual preferred
