Lead a High-Impact Enterprise Transformation

BizOptimize is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Revenue Life Cycle Replacement System for DBHDS. This is a high-visibility, mission-critical initiative involving multiple workstreams, executive stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving projects from planning through successful delivery—not just managing from the sidelines.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead a large-scale enterprise system implementation from initiation through deployment

Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and vendor performance

Coordinate internal technology teams, business stakeholders, consultants, and third-party vendors

Present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Ensure compliance with DBHDS and VITA project management standards

Drive project execution while keeping teams aligned, accountable, and on schedule

Preferred Candidate

Senior Project Management experience leading complex enterprise implementations

Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing budgets, schedules, risk, and scope

Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

Government or public sector experience is a plus

Hybrid work is preferred (2 days onsite), but exceptional remote candidates with all required experience clearly demonstrated on their resume will be considered.
