Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in Virginia

• Compassionate, resident-centered approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to high-quality care and attention to detail

Summary of Role

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), the LPN provides clinical care, supports resident well-being, and ensures compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Administering medications, treatments, and resident care

• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes

• Coordinating with physicians, families, and care teams

• Completing documentation, assessments, and reports

• Supervising and supporting CNAs

• Ensuring compliance with care standards and safety protocols

• Supporting daily operations and shift transitions
