Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Fee-for-Service Clinician (LMSW or LMFT) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, high-quality clinical work, and a supportive team environment. The clinician will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, maintain documentation in accordance with professional standards, and participate in clinical consultation and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families (telehealth and/or in-person).
• Maintain a caseload consistent with fee-for-service expectations.
• Complete all documentation (intake, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) in accordance with insurance and clinical compliance standards.
• Participate in case consultation, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with the administrative and leadership team to ensure client care continuity.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical practice aligned with NYS and professional board guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (LMSW) or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).
• Active and valid New York State or New Jersey license. (Florida license a plus.)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (post-graduate internships considered).
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, or trauma-informed care.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to professional growth.
