We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team! A Machine Operator is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of printing, die cutting, and/or finishing production equipment.

• Ensure the machine has been set up correctly and in the allotted time.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions.
• Review and follow the job ticket; follow instructions accurately.
• Perform all assigned work effectively and on schedule.
• Verify finished product matches the supplied sample; ensure product conforms to quality standards.
• Perform routine adjustments during each job; maintain production throughout the run.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain make-ready and run standards while producing quality products.
• Record production information such as amount of time spent on specific tasks.
• Oversee the crew working on the machine; keep work area neat and clean.
• Follow all standard operating procedures relevant to the job, position and department.
• Train co-workers to set up, operate, and use equipment as directed.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with hand tools and packaging machinery
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
