UNIFY Certified Personal Trainers provide expert guidance and support to a diverse clientele, including seniors, athletes, and post-rehabilitation individuals. Working on-site with a manageable client load of 5-10 clients per day, the trainer delivers personalized fitness assessments, designs tailored programs, and fosters client motivation to help achieve health and fitness goals. Utilizing fitness tracking software and CRM systems, the trainer maintains detailed progress records and offers nutritional guidance, ensuring a comprehensive approach to wellness. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth through specialization certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs
• Motivate clients and set achievable fitness goals
• Track client progress using fitness tracking software
• Provide nutritional guidance to support client goals
• Offer ongoing customer support and communication
• Work with specialized populations including seniors, athletes, and post-rehabilitation clients
• Manage daily client sessions on-site without travel

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in exercise programming and fitness assessments
• Strong client communication and motivational techniques
• Basic nutrition knowledge
• CPR/AED certification
• Effective time management skills
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for trainers with experience OR trainers who are new to the industry
