Civil Engineer
Job Details:
Now hiring a Civil Site Engineer in Richmond — and not just any engineer. We’re looking for someone who can actually design, think, and get projects built.
Join a growing civil consulting firm working on land development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll be hands-on with grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design using Civil 3D, while collaborating with a sharp team that moves fast and delivers.
What you’ll do:
• Design site layouts, grading, and drainage plans
• Prepare stormwater management and utility designs
• Support permitting and regulatory approvals
• Coordinate with municipalities, clients, and internal teams
What you bring:
• 2–8+ years of civil/site design experience
• Strong Civil 3D skills
• Knowledge of local regulations and stormwater design
• EIT or PE preferred
