We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our esteemed land development team in Leesburg, VA. You will play a pivotal role in preparing site design plans and working collaboratively across various teams and disciplines to deliver exceptional land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site design plans for client review and submission to various local jurisdictions.
• Develop site layouts, zoning plans, site gradings, and stormwater calculations for land development submissions.
• Perform comprehensive site development and design.
• Manage stormwater systems, plan preparation, grading, and report writing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and disciplines.

Essential Skills

• 0-4+ years of civil engineering experience in land development projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Passed FE / EIT certification is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Land Development Design, including Storm Sewer Design, Sanitary Sewer Design, Waterline layout, and Site Grading.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or plans to obtain it is preferred.

Work Environment

The role operates within an open office, cubicle environment fostering collaboration and a strong office culture. There is hybrid work flexibility available once you have settled into the role, with the frequency typically decided between you and your manager.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Leesburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
