What You'll Do as a Tire Sales Advisor:

• Answer phone calls and greet in-person customers promptly and courteously, identifying their needs for vehicles or agricultural equipment.
• Prepare accurate quotes, explain pricing and options, and follow up on pending estimates.
• Schedule service appointments, clearly communicate lead times, and process payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or accounts.
• Look up tire specifications and availability, place and track orders, and confirm sizing and load ratings with suppliers.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm tire sizes, job readiness, and installation needs while monitoring inventory levels.
• Check in deliveries, verify accuracy, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized counter and reception area.
• Enter quotes, orders, and invoices into the system accurately and assist with end-of-day sales reconciliation.
• Maintain knowledge of tire models, pricing, promotions, and technical information.
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Our Ideal Tire Sales Advisor:

• Experienced: At least two years in sales or customer service required. Experience in tire sales, automotive parts, or agricultural equipment preferred; a working knowledge of tire terminology, sizing, and applications is helpful (on-the-job training provided).
• People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with a wide range of customers and vendors while maintaining a clean, professional appearance and communication style.
• Detailed Problem-solver: Ensures quotes, invoices, and orders are accurate, complete, and handled efficiently while finding practical solutions to customer needs.
• Calm & Adaptable: Professionally manages a fast-paced environment, smoothly shifting between customer service, research, and coordination tasks.
• Collaborative & Positive: Works closely with the shop team, maintaining a cheerful and steady attitude, and contributing to a supportive, team-focused culture.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating Excel, supplier lookup tools, POS systems, and other shop software related to inventory, work orders, and scheduling.

• $26-$30/hour, depending on experience
