Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant isseeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to provide prehensive psychological services to high school students in the NeedsVA school district. This is a full-time role for the 20252026 academic year, with a focus on supporting students academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for students as needed
Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student learning and well-being
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management support
Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Interpret assessment data to guide interventions and acmodations
Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
Promote a positive school climate and mental health awareness
Must hold a valid Virginia School Psychologist license or credential
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Experience working with high school students preferred
Strong munication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hybrid model may be available for qualified candidates upon discussion
This position requires a mitment of 36.25hours per week, from 8:15 AM to 3:35 PM
Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar (August 18, 2025 - May 25, 2026)
Work will be based on-sitein Alexandria, VA
