Responsibilities Noblis is seeking a Cleared - Artificial Intelligence Analyst with IC experience and ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Bethesda, MD and McLean, VA The Artificial Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for and not limited to:

  • Designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions using deep learning architectures, NLP techniques, generative AI models, and autonomous AI agents customized for specific business needs.
  • Analyzing complex, high-dimensional data sets to uncover patterns and insights, applying advanced feature engineering techniques and specialized models for anomaly detection and forecasting.
  • Providing expert architectural consulting to assess business problems, evaluate model architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, GANs), and develop solution roadmaps balancing short-term gains with strategic goals.
  • Implementing data security and integrity management, including privacy-preserving techniques, bias mitigation protocols, and robust data validation procedures.
  • Optimizing models through hyperparameter tuning, compression techniques, and explainable AI methodologies for efficient deployment across cloud and edge environments.
  • Leading research and innovation initiatives by evaluating emerging AI techniques, conducting proof-of-concept projects, and translating academic advancements into business solutions.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration by partnering with domain experts, communicating complex AI concepts to stakeholders, and mentoring junior data scientists.
  • Developing specialized models for natural language understanding, content generation, simulation, and autonomous decision-making systems.
  • Creating frameworks for selecting between foundation models and custom solutions based on specific use case requirements.
  • Designing systems for continual learning and adaptation in production environments while maintaining model reliability and ethical standards.
  • This SETA role provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support (SOWs, RFPs, cost proposals), performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating complex concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience developing and implementing artificial intelligence (Al) and machine learning (ML) solutions using emerging technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and Agentic AI.
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, and designs and develops AI/ML models to solve business problems.
  • Understands model differences and applicability across different use cases to advise on appropriate solutioning for a variety of functions.
  • Ability to identify potential data security and integrity issues ahead of implementation.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

  • Compensation: $107,100 - $167,325
• Senior Level:

  • Compensation: $129,700 - $202,675
• Expert Level:
  • High School Diploma/GED + 12 years of experience OR Associate's degree + 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience OR Master’s Degree + 6 years of experience OR PhD + 4 years of experience
  • Compensation: $156,900 - $245,175
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • IC experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with having successfully demonstrated the ability to independently conduct the appropriate analysis to offer recommendations, solutions, and alternatives to resolve issues, concerns, problems, or methods.
  • Experience in establishing strong working relationships with program managers as well as organization leadership; tracking task order efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems; and identifying and resolving administrative and contractual issues related to a support services contract.
  • Ability to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment, and interface with customers directly.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines, methodologies, and the intelligence cycle.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $88,500.00 - USD $245,175.00 /Yr.
