Frontend Engineer
Hybrid schedule: On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Active Secret Clearance
- Build responsive, component-based UIs using React that interact with complex backend APIs.
- Prototype mockups or wireframes for stakeholder presentations and reviews.
- Create a comprehensive and unified library of UI components that can be utilized for all future development and can be modified for specific use cases.
- Perform functional and integration testing of UI components and workflows using modern testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Mocha/Chai, etc.
- Write frontend code that integrates with government authentication standards (e.g., CAC/PIV smart cards, Login.gov, or OAuth2 in a FedRAMP environment).
- Building interfaces that are responsive to all screen sizes and aligned with Government 508 Compliance requirements.
- Ensure UI works with screen readers (JAWS/NVDA), keyboard navigation, and color contrast before QA.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of designing and developing user interfaces using React or React Native.
- Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma.
