Virtual Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Teletherapy)

Overview

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team provides individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Job Details

Position : Virtual Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Teletherapy) – Virginia SLPs for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours

Location : Virginia (remote or outpatient pediatric care)

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms (Microsoft Teams).
• Deliver individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans.
• Guide clients and families through technical challenges and encourage caregiver involvement.
• Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads and a focus on outcomes.
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between 3:00–8:00 pm local time (EST).

Qualifications

• Master’s, doctoral, or other recognized post-baccalaureate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited institution.
• CCC-SLP certification (Virginia Telehealth SLP role cannot support C-SLPAs or CFYs at this time).
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Must live in Virginia or plan to relocate to Virginia prior to start date.

Preferred Experience

• Licensed or willing to obtain licenses in Virginia.
• Background in outpatient pediatric therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration.
