Just-in Time Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. This position involves a variety of landscaping tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding
Plant, mulch, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters
Assist with installation of sod, seasonal cleanups, and other landscape enhancements
Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Provide excellent customer service on-site when interacting with clients
Requirements:
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Dependable, punctual, and a team player
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, occasional weekends during peak season
Start times may vary depending on weather and job site
