Your Role As Lead Housekeeper, you will take ownership of maintaining the homes exceptional standards. This role is ideal for someone who is cheerful, proactive, and takes great pride in creating a polished, welcoming home environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborating closely with the House Manager/Chef and Junior Housekeeper Daily and deep cleaning using proper techniques for fine surfaces, artwork, and antiques Laundry, ironing, sorting dry-cleaning items, wardrobe organization, and seasonal closet rotation Assisting with meal prep and maintaining pantry/fridge items Guest support during entertaining (table setting, serving, clearing) Running household errands and overseeing vendors as needed Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role with excellent, verifiable references Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Discreet, respectful, and trustworthy with a team-oriented mindset Flexible, energetic, and able to anticipate needs and take initiative Comfortable with high standards and maintaining confidentiality Valid drivers license with reliable transportation This is a long-term role for someone who thrives in a well-run home where each team member is respected, trusted, and appreciated. Compensation, Benefits, and Schedule Compensation range $45-$55/hour commensurate with experience Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and more. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or similar), when the principals are not in residence. When the principals are in residence, flexibility is required, including longer hours and occasional weekend work.
