Member Services Representative (MSR) - Level I --Hybrid/Onsite

TEKsystems is hiring an Entry-Level Member Services Representative (MSR) to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Location: Winchester, VA

Start Date: 03/09/2026

Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Onsite Only)

Work Schedule: Hybrid/Onsite: Start Times Between 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM EST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window)

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives

(MSRs).

As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional

customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
• Reliable and punctual, especially during training

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
