Where: Position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Glen Allen, VA
Hybrid role : 2 days in office
Responsibilities:
- Review and process move outs and security deposit refunds
- Processing resident corrections
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Communicate with onsite property teams
Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Yardi experience a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
