Join Allied Universal as a Healthcare Patrol Officer, where you will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication. In this location, you will bring agility, reliability, and integrity to each shift while working as part of a team in an armed post focused on people first service.

Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support a healthcare environment by assisting with directions, de-escalation, and coordination with staff during routine operations and/or urgent situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
