- Design, build, and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom scripting
- Develop and automate workflows for incident management, change management, and network provisioning
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing operational support
- Monitor integration performance and optimize reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow administrators, network engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term team success
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers / Integration Specialists with a passion for enterprise technology and automation. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science (or a related field) is preferred, along with 11+ years of relevant experience , including:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Strong experience integrating network management and monitoring applications via APIs and orchestration tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs , JSON, and XML
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, VPNs, firewalls, and QoS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Background supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments with complex system integrations
